We did rent a mobility scooter for my father in law some weeks ago. It was a Heartway Scooter S19 Brio. Very easy to use, comfortable and safe. You can bring it everywhere : we used it outside as well as inside (supermarket, aquarium, MRT, etc.). If is foldable and quite light, it fits in the back of any car / taxi. We rent it from the company AGIS MOBILITY and were very satisfied by the service provided. The price is affordable and really worth if you consider the mobility and freedom provided by the scooter.
